Currently, Hurricane Isaac is crawling up Louisiana. Because it is so slow, it is dumping so much rain on areas east of where I live that there is more flooding than with Hurricane Katrina. Today ironically is the anniversary of Katrina. Isacc came as a hurricane 3 times. Once in 2000, another in 2006 and now 2012.
