The Day We Celebrate Christmas

Since I was little, Christmas eve has always been the day we celebrate Christmas at Nana’s house.  Since she has passed, we continue to celebrate it on the eve.  So DD, Mom, Bonnie, AD, JK and my nephew went to mass at 11:30a.  We then met JK’s Mom at Polly’s Pies for Christmas lunch-dinner.  All the food and conversation without all the clean up.  We then went back to DD’s house for dessert.  A chocolate type pie from Polly’s and pumpkin pie from Ralph’s.  I finally get to eat pumpkin pie this year.  Yay!  Then I took out DD’s keyboard, Mom took out Bonnie’s guitar and AD took out his iPad and we sang Christmas carols.  It was so much fun.
