I went to Ron’s church for Easter Mass to hear his great organ playing. We then invited me to join him and his colleague’s family at Saltgrass Steakhouse for lunch. When I was leaving, a couple of my former students who work, there came up to me and asked what I have been up to. Then back to Ron’s for a nap.
We then met my friend Melanie and her guy Ashar at Salsas for margaritas and mojitos. I had a the house margarita which is still good. It was really fun hanging out with them. Melanie and I were reminiscing and catching Ashar up on when Melanie and I use to live on the island. While we were there Carrie (someone both Melanie and I know) just happened to come for a drink after work. She gave us both a hug and we caught up. Oh I also ordered a tres leche cake. So good.
Said bye to Melanie and Ashar and Ron and I went to The Original Mexican Restaurant for a little something to eat. Then back to Ron’s for some more organ playing.
